As someone who has travelled to Dublin a few times, I can attest to the beauty of the city. And, while there are many reasons to love Dublin, one of the best reasons is the plethora of hotels with a view. Sure, you can find a nice hotel without a view, but why not soak up the beauty of Dublin by staying in a hotel with a view?
Some of the best hotels with a view in Dublin are located near the river. One of my favourites is the Shelbourne Hotel which faces the lovely St Stephen’s Green. From the hotel’s marble lobby and grandeur public rooms, to the well-appointed bedrooms, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the city, including the rooftops, steeples, and rolling hills in the distance.
Other hotels near the river with wonderful views include the Conrad Dublin, which has unrivalled views of the river Liffey and Dublin Castle, and the Dylan Hotel which overlooks the Ha’penny Bridge and Temple Bar. If you’re looking for a hotel with a view that offers something a little different, then the gothic Morrison Hotel, with its turrets and spires, is perfect. Situated on top of a hill, it has wonderful views of the city and Dublin Bay.
Of course, if you’re looking for a hotel with a view of the sea, then there are plenty to choose from too. The Merrion Hotel is one of my favourites, with its perfect location overlooking Merrion Square and the Dublin Bay. The Four Seasons Hotel in Ballsbridge is another hotel with wonderful views of the sea.
